No matter how desperate you are, do not use Telkom as a service provider as they block service even when they have debited the agreed upon amount. You will call multiple times trying to resolve your issues to no avail at all!!! Incompetence should be their motto as they do not know how to provide customer support, they only know how to debit. You’ll forever be on hold when trying to contact customer support and they will never ever respond to your emails.
