Disgruntled Telkom Mobile user

I received an account for my wireless router which I pay for via eft. Telkom billed me R287 for a payment rejection. I never signed a debit order form as it was sold to my daughter over the phone. They do have my banking details on their system though as I had contracts for my daughters which have now been cancelled as I made their numbers prepaid. When you call the call centre to get clarity, the staff are not very helpful. I am not going to pay the R287 and it must be credited off my invoice
