Disgruntled TELKOM Fibre client

The Telkom 10210 ,10213 number do not exist , I have had no fibre connection for the past 2 days and I am getting nowhere with them, eventually I got hold of an individual who is technical support but I received no support whatsoever...they are *********** and see me renew my contract with them then call me a sucker for punishment, free advise DO NOT USE TELKOM
