Disgruntled customer with telkom

Customer service is clearly the least of telkom's priorities. All the care about is making the sales and getting you on board. Whatever happens after that is none of their business. Took out an online contract with them in February, they delivered a wrong a phone and from since then nobody at telkom is willing to assist with my problem and now we are almost in April. Can't wait to be off from work and take the phone back personally and have the contract cancelled.
