DISGRUNTLED CUSTOMER DUE TO PATHETIC TELKOM SERVICE

I am utterly disturbed with Telkom services. We cancelled the internet with them in March 2023 and to date it has not being processed nor have we received a reference number for logging this on the online system. I have further had monies constantly being debited from my bank account and despite the numerous attempts with various consultants, the contract has still not being cancelled.

Not forgetting that when we request a callback, they call us for two seconds and thereafter end the call.
