Disgruntled customer

Telkom is not sticking to their word or deals. I am still waiting on their billing dept or anyone from Telkom to call as they promise for the last 3months now.. they gave me a wifi package which was special promotion for r199. I did debi check for amount but they deduct more now they ignoring me
