Disgruntled client
Disgruntled client This finds me no joy drawing telkom's attention to the public's view My narrative: 1> I have been a loyal client to telkom undertaking multiple contract over the years The business contractual policies does not cater for the best interest of customers! We are aware of contractual policies and all fare and well it's a legally binding agreement, as per my agreement with telkom was to proceed with my debit order/striking on the last day of the month due the business not catering my salary date ( 28th ) In a month such as February there is 28 days. Should the last day of the month fall on a Sunday companies endeavors to pay either the preceding(Friday 26th ) or alternatively the next ordinary business day Monday ( depending on inhouse h.r policies ) I ensured funds were available on the 27th for my d.o to strike Telkom decided to go in on 27th and for some reason the d.o returned failed creating a debit order rejection fee ( R204 ) which they expect me to pay I called in ( 2-3-2021 ) in Hope's and expecting to do a manual payment of my installment due for the month of Feb 2021.. shortly after the call payment to telkom was completed After taking the initiation and completing my payment of the installment due telkom stil expects me to pay the rejection fee Whist on a call with a customer service agent I was advised to foward bank statement to substantiate my claim of funds being available on the 27th to debit, I made it my responsibility to obtain a statement to foward to telkom The email add provide was incorrect as the email returned delivery failed I was advised should I provided bank statement the debit order rejection fee would be wavered Upon my 2nd call today ( to obtain correct email address to send bank statement) I was alarmed to find out telkom does not commit to waver of debit order rejection fee This in essence means that I was advised based on nonfactual information
2> previously ( December 2019 ) My company in December's comit to pay salaries around the 20th, I, being a loyal customer took the initiation to pay via eft on the 20th, a debit was thereafter submitted on the last day of December attempting a 2nd payment, this In return has cost me a further 204 service rejection fee due to insuffiecnet funds which I had to pay.. I dismissed the issue because it was just my 1st experiences with telkom.. as a customer feel exploited and robed by the telkom for my hard earned income
Subjective view - I know you as a business pride yourself to be the best in the competitive environment, protecting the business image from being tarnished in some that you'll prioritize whilst trying to excel in excellent customer service The greater/better part of my concern is that whilst calling in I am attended by "a" ( NOT ALL )*********** customer service agent that hung up on me when the individual was unable to handle the query ( I reserve the right to mention the name of the agent in question because i know everyone works hard for there money and i would not want to jeopardize the individuals job )
Above mention query 1> as a business try to be more accommodating
This conclude my business dealing with telkom whilst awaiting for contractual maturity to proceed with cancelation
