Disgruntled client

Our WiFi is once again off for almost 2 weeks now. When we phone telkom, they tell is its cable theft and they will fix it. No one has come out or fix this meanwhile they deduct their instalments every month. I want the money refunded to us for the time we were not using the service. Disgusted disgusted client. What a horrible service
