Disgruntled business customer of Telkom

Upgraded to fiber, took 4 months to get it done, now it is cancelled by telkom , I'm billed for a service not in use as it's not working, spent 8hrs with various consultants on 10217 business and no joy, very frustrating, no business ethics and pathetic service , my business suffer losses due to incompetence of Telkom
