Disgruntled!!

I'm not working. I did report to telkom that since April I have not been working and they should cancel my debit orders. They never did. Every month they go to my bank and they charge me R199 for a returned debit. From a R200 Instalment to R400 a month!! Where will I get such an amount if I cannot afford R200!!
