Disgracfull overall Telkom service

App**** for free standing e-mail.All worked well for about a month then Telkom just "****ed" the outgoing e-mail facility!I run a business but for 4 days was sent from pillar to post!Even referred to N1 City since they have techicians that only they can sort out.The hours spend on the phone with Billing,Tecnical,Sales,etc. are countless with NO joy and up till now NOBODY has had the common decency to at least try to communicate.Well thanx for nothing - you are all like robots..carry on your merry way with no service as your highest priority...l got myself a new server after 20 years..should have done it long ago!!!
