Disgraceful Telkom

Appalled at Telkom customer care and service. I did an online application in July to have a phone moved from one room to another in a retirement home. I phoned 10213 and emailed on countless occasions urging Telkom to move my 92 year old mom’s phone. I stopped paying the account in October and today I receive an email stating the phone can’t be moved because the account is in arrears. Telkom is an appalling poorly run state entity.
