Disgraceful telkom

I have call every day for the pass month complaining about telkom adsl internet line that is not working at all, no one has got back to me at all.they keep saying a manager will call yet no one has,I have advise that I use this service to work from home yet still there no help, yet they still take R650 per a month from me but the services are completely not working. This is disgraceful as such a huge company, cannot help clients, every agent cannot help, they keep logging it an saying it will be fixed an nothing has happened.they so fast can tell you anything to make a sale but this is pathetic when you have issues that are there faults an they cannot help.
