Disgraceful Telkom

It is impossible to put into words the shocking service we have received from Telkom. I am at breaking point after going in circles for six weeks. Our WiFi has been disconnected. The reasons range from: non payment ****rue- it's a debit order?), faulty line, no recollection of our account, no record of who we are... and then all the way back to the beginning again with the same range of feeble excuses designed to send me to an asylum...! ABSOLUTELY LOST WHAT TO TRY NEXT??!! Never before have I wanted to emigrate, until now! Telkom. You are a disgrace.
