Disgraceful Service No Feedback - Dead Line

FAULT NUMBER 480CRZ130715<br> <br> Earlier in February, my line went dead, it took telkom almost 2 to 3 months to resolve, they tested the line remotely and said it works, i bought new handsets after a month they came to the premises and tested the line and said it was a fault about 900m from me and they had to go find it.<br> <br> Again in June my line went dead, I logged a call in July and have received ZERO feedback, I have requested feedback via twitter again they will come back to me and never do.<br> <br> What the HELLL is the problem, I have a prepaid phone which I have paid for an annual fee and have not had service for most part of this year.<br> <br> Seriously I want this resolved URGENTLY URGENTLY URGENTLY now and for your information my handsets are brand new and they are not faulty<br> <br> I WANT FEEDBACK AND I WANT MY LINE WORKING AND I WANT A CREDIT ON MY PREPAID ACCOUNT FOR 6 MONTHS SINCE I HAVE HAD NO SERVICE FOR ABOUT THAT AMOUNT OF TIME AND THE RENEWAL IS UP NOW AGAIN<br> <br> PLEASE RESOLVE PLEASE RESOLVE PLEASE RESOLVE PLEASE RESOLVE PLEASE RESOLVE <br> REQUESTED FEEDBACK ONLINE AND TWITTER 27 JUL/18 AUG AND AGAIN 14 SEP<br> ALL I GET IS WE HAVE REQUESTED FEEDBACK AND WE ARE SORRY FOR THE DELAY<br>
