DISGRACEFUL SERVICE

The WORST experience EVER. They have no interest in the company, the cliënt, their reputation whatsoever. Made 6 calls today and was cut off 5 times. Supervisors do not call back as promised. An urgent order placed on 26th March has not yet been processed. Would prefer not to do business with this company. The noise in the call centre is unbearable. The call centre agents ramble off a lot of stuff that no living soul can make out. DISGRACEFUL AND DISGUSTING TREATMENT
