Disgraceful Service and useless Sales agents

I want the stupid new Contract cancelled now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 1. I took a new phone contract with Telkom on Saturday and I requested for my Vodacom number to be ported to the new Telkom Sim card and its not done, 2. The Contract I took its a mobile phone and a smart watch and I still don't have a watch! Hlengiwe the sales consultant from TELKOM Clearwater told me they didn't have stock and I was promised to be called by latest Monday to collect the watch but until today nothing. The store landline phone is constantly ringing engaged. 3. The sales agent Hlengiwe promised to keep in touch but until today no call or even a follow up to say what is happening.

Tomorrow I'm taking the STUPID phone back and they must cancel their contract and I will gladly go back to Vodacom that I have been a customer of for more than 10yrs without problems cause this is not the **** I signed up for!!!!
