Disgraceful service

Telkom is the most pathetic internet service out there right now. Been with them for about 3 years. For the past 7-10 months, I can barely manage to get a download speed of 2mbs or even a 1mbs upload speed for my gaming. And I pay so much for data almost every other week. Router shows full signal, yet Telkom will give me more or less 500kb upload and download. My work MTN gives me 50mb download and 6mb upload and yet it's a 3g card on my router. Telkom is an utter disgrace. And whenever I call them, they always say they can't do anything and I must reset my router, like I haven't done that a million times.
