Disgraceful Jordan at Telkom Express Cresta Mall

There is an Indian guy whose name tag showed Jordan, working at the Telkom near FNB in the Cresta Shopping Center (not the Telkom shop next to the cafe restaurant). He is an absolute disgrace to be working at a state-owned entity, the guy treats black customers with absolute disdain and disrespect, but is quick to change his attitude when it comes to non-black customers. I was directed to his help station, when i arrived he pointblank ignored me and acted like he was busy on his pc, didn't even look up just to greet me as a client. Even if he was really busy it doesn't take a second just to greet a customer. His colleague, a lady named Sonto, told him there is a customer at his desk but he ignored her as well and gave her an irritated look on his face. She actually looked so embarrassed for his sake and asked me to come over to another help station, where she helped me. I always go to that Telkom shop and i have seen that same guy do the same thing when it is black customers in the queue but when its non-black customers he puts on a bride smile and friendly voice, drop what he is busy with and attend to the customer, yet he sees no problem treating black customers with disdain. It means he deliberately chooses to disrespect black customers. That kind of attitude toward customers should not be allowed, especially not at a state-owned entity. If he is a manager, he should be send on customer care and diversity skills training.
