<p>Hi, </p> <p>as per our telephone conversation on the 15th of this month you promised me that my installation will be done on the 16th. i took off from work and waited the whole day for your technician which didn't show. i have received all the sms that said the technician has been dispatched. I have also called your cell ( ********** 882) numerous times, which you do not pick up. im extremely unhappy with your service. its now been more than 1 month that im waiting for a simple telephone line to be installed.</p> <p>Please give a call urgently.</p> <p>I need this matter solved ASAP. </p>
