Discrepancies !

I find myself here again... same old same old. Soooo... when you receive an e-bill with one shock amount (eg.R1000+) then log onto your dashboard with a different amount ( eg.R500+ ) with a different date following the actual, correct standard amount (eg.R400+) when viewing the bill ? Best part of all is when checking the " bill so far balance " it shows R0.00 . I'm awaiting a response as I have all my ducks in arrow with regards to all these discrepancies. Beyond poor quality of service !
