Discontinued landline of a pensioner

<p>I called on behalf of my mom who is a pensioner. Spoke to 10210 Bongiwe Sundane to ask re the line that we could not get through on. Was refered to to another department , spoke to Ana Mako who wanted my m0om approval for verification. Asked for a supervisor , spoke to Masitolele Gqomsa who I asked how do they notify Wayawaya clients when they are due for payment. She said via sms, my mom dont even have a cellphone. How was she then notified? The line was discontinued with no notification. If you needed to get rid of Wayawaya cleients why not do it right. she is a pensioner who needs a landline. Her telephone number is ********** 657. Hope to hear from you soon as she had the same number for over 25 years. </p>
