Disconnection

I have recently cancelled my Internet Package with Telkom and they freed my ADSL line and put it into the holding pool. Subsequently I started with MWEB as my ISP due to better speed. Now suddenly a week or two later my Telkom ADSL line was disconnected? I am not sure why. Nobody can get hold of anybody at Telkom? Please reconnect my ADSL,
