Disconnected service incorrectly

So my line is suspended for non payment 5 days prior to the date the debit order is due to go off. It is disconnected over the weekend and when contacting your call centre I am told reconnection will occur on Monday leaving me with no line for a few days because of incompetence. We might as well be dealing with home affairs. Pathetic service from a pathetic company. You have lost another customer
