Disconnected my number while I don't owe Telkom.

Telkom has a habit of sending me statements with incorrect balances, claiming I owe amounts I don't but they eventually fix their errors.

Unfortunately not in the month of January 2025 ..they claimed I owe R1500(which I don't) and disconnected my number. This was a huge inconvenience as this month is a start of a year(back to School and back to Work). I missed alot of important calls due to this and their customer service is not helpful...really a waste of time and airtime.

In less than 5 months my contract phone will end and fully paid....." I am never using Telkom as my provider ever again". Even if I get reconnected my January airtime and data that I paid for is gone....how is that fair?
