DISCONNECTED LINE WITHOUT REQUEST OR WARNING

Our business lines have been disconnected. Without warning. Telkom cannot tell us how or who disconnected the line. They think it had to do with moving away from copper. So yes they just cut our line. HELLO. our fax line is still working. How on earth can our landline not work. Now we have to reapply. It will take 30 days. We are loosing business. Seriously? ***.
