Disconnected landline without instructing to do so & sitting without internet now!

Service delivery is pathetic. They just canceled my landline in April this year without any instruction from me to do so & now don't have any internet the last couple of days. No one seems to be able to help me & don't know why it's my issue now to re-apply to get connected again as it was their mistake in the first place!
