Disconnected due to ignorance...

So I missed a payment end of the month of April... Which was then paid 13 days later on the 13th of May and then again another debit went off on the 14th which covers the outstanding amount...

Both my Sims have been disconnected after calling 3 times on Monday, twice on Tuesday and once today... Still the problem has not been rectified... This is absolute nonsense and reasoning is that my payment has not been allocated but it has been 3 weeks later...
