Disconnected after requesting an upgrade

Mid January I calledTelkom on 10213 to migrate my current 2mb uncapped adsl line, which I was paying R580.00 per month, to a 4mb line for R599.00 per month. Instead of being upgraded, I was disconnected. After continuous calls to 10210, on the 13th of February, I finally get told that my account was deactivated... after 2 hours of being on the phone, I was given a new username (that doesn't exist) and a TIN: 3245*** (which belongs to another customer). I was told to wait 1 to 2 hours and I would receive my new password. I gave it 3 hours, and called 10210 just after 5 pm, only to be told that I was still not sorted. And again referred to Sales 10213 again, only for no-one to answer. I called 10210 on the 14th (hoping that my account was magically resolved), and I was told that my new username does not exist, and the TIN: 3245*** belonged to another account. I was then transferred to another department (Business) who couldn't assist or transfer my call, which meant I had to once again call 10213, and explain the whole process again....

I am still to be sorted, and lets not forget to mention that I have been paying as normal, without having the use of any service...
