Disconnected

This morning I wake up to not having any internet at home. I phone there number to see what the problem is and they say that my line has been suspended. I pay my line rental every month with the same amount as I never receive an statement or an invoice from them so I pay the same amount. I just want to know, how can they not send you anything and disconnect you without saying anything. This is not the first time.
