I ordered uncapped wifi fibre, more than two weeks ago and is till haven't received any word as to when am I getting it installed. the level of services they have shown me is completely horrible. I called the branch several times and all I got was empty promises about how they will get back to me before the end of the day - which nobody has in the space of two weeks.
