Disapponted, furious and very unhappy

Friday evening around 19:00pm I started experiencing network problems and I was glad I was not on call for work. I then retired to bed around 21:55 pm and before I did that I checked my data balance which was on 859 mb and was expiring on the 14 December which I had bought on Thursday from Telkim mo'nice, for 1. something gb. When I woke up in the morning and tried to connect through my router a notification came through and my data was depleted and I was confused and very unhappy?? I called the call centre and spoke Lindane Mkhwa**** who mischievous had a technical glitch on the brain?? . He then decided he should log a call for me after realizing he cant assist me, and while logging a call for me the call cut off and didnt have the decency to call me back nor follow up if I was assisted or not. I then continued with my life as I didnt wanna get more absent for being ****** off my data by Telkom. I bought data for 100 mb to test the water if my data wont disappear again. I called in again when I realized that Lindane wont call me to assist me to log a call for them to investigate about what happened to my data. I called in again and waited for a while as I was aware they experiencing a high level of calls. I spoke to Portia Jabulile Radebe who managed to calm me down? as she was sympathetic and was not thinking like a technical glitch they were experiencing. She then told me what she saw on their system, she forwarded an email to me and logged a call for me. I then bought airtime for R30 and converted my airtime to data from mo'nice and bought 2.25gb data which expires in 30 days. I continued with my c****s and received a whatsapp from a friend and when I was busy chatting to her a notification came through and my data was depleted within ah hour of not using it and I was furious and frustrated. I called in again??♀? spoke to another technical glitch Lerato who was very happy that their systems where down in which I could sense by the tone of her voice and she advice she cant help me with nothing as their systems where down she wouldnt be able to check my profile on the systems. I was very frustrate and very angry about what was happening at that time and had to resort to my other network which I feel bad for have not being loyal to it which was Vodacom and I have been using Vodacom for 23 years and it has never let me down. I called in again and spoke to Nomthandazo Masango or Msimango who mananaged to calm me down as well and saud she wi send an email for a team leader to get back to me and I had hope that the team leader will find sense of emergency in my matter, but I was fooling myself know how call centre team leaders are. I called in again and spoke to Clive who then told me that their systems are still down which was now Sunday, he then told me that as soon as their systems are up and running my data will be reimburse to be back. I called in again and spoke to Amery Fransman who I then took out my frustration on him and im really sorry Amery you tried assisting me, even though you left me hanging on the phone for too long and I got more frustrated and irritated. Amery thank you for also staying calm and apologizing each time? . I asked to speak to a Team leader which I knew at the time was just a bad idea for me to do so as I was furious. Levi came to the phone and made my frustration more worse and made me feel like a crazy woman and I ended up crying on the phone as I was emotionally drain and broken for being ****** by Telkom. Levi honestly I dont know how you become a team leader as your not a problem solver instead you poured more petrol on a wild fire. I told you my data had depleted twice abnormally. My experience with Telkom was bulldust and up until today im still awaiting back off to get back to me. Telkom I was happy with you guy for a while now, I wish my father had not bought the sim card for me and convinced me to leave Vodacom as I was forever complaining about the network problem I was always experiencing. I was loyal to my vodacom as I was with them for 23 years. I guess it true when they say its better the devil you know than the devil you dont know and Telkom has proved that statement right. Im so, so disappointed with the level of customer service I got from Telkom and I must say they dont practice TCF which im sure they dont know about it. Im very unhappy and Im sad that I didnt have to convince my father about leaving you guys, but he cut off his sim card and my mothers sim card and went back to Vodacom and he was left heart broken by the pain I was feeling that he convinced me to use Telkom. I was inconvenienced, left frustrated, furious and broken for being ****** off my data. Levi im that Dr that my patients ask for me even when im not at work, because of the spectacular world class service I give them, I have already received 5 gifts from my patients nephews and nieces as their grand parents they tell them about me and how I portray myself towards them, how I give them a world class service when they have appointments with me. I have received flowers from our staff members thanking me for making a difference in our department. I cant change the world, but im making a difference in the world, that's what I pride myself with?. I think Im going to do exactly what my father did, cut my sim card and forget I ever used Vodacom. My number was ********** which my father took his time to rica for me and convinced me to change to Telkom and I was left with egg on my face, I wont recommend Telkom to anybody I come across.
