Disappointng after-sales service

I've been tyring to get assistance from the Telkom Mobile contact centre number 081180 but there is no option available that matches the nature of my query nor is there an option to speak to an agent. I also registered on the portal and requested a callback over 3 hours ago, but have yet to receive any response. I'm extremely disappointed with the after sales service, especially considering how efficient and responsive the process was when applying for a new service. The contrast is quite concerning.
