Disappointments service from telkom

I got promised stock and get a call saying there no stock via online and i still haven't received a call for the supervisor i sent him an email stateing my problem no feedback from Mr Jarrod phather i think they need to get they fact right before promising customers stock I have received ridiculous service from telkom East Rand mall stating they can't help me because my orders been purchased online and then I don't I get no feedback by the supervisor so I am very disappointed in the service I received
