Disappointment and disgust

Telkom gives the worst service ever. After being on the phone for hours sending multiple emails they still cannot assist me. Matsidiso Malefetsane refuses to escalate the matter or refer me to someone who can help and rather gives me the excuse that she has only been working there for a month. How can you as a professional service provider allow an unprofessional], *********** person to work on your floor and assist clients while knowing she cannot do her job. This is not what i expected from Telkom I am so disappointed.
