Disappointing Telkom - pathetic service.

<p>I gave Telkom notice to cancel my data package. They cancelled my ADSL line. Two weeks later and after hours spent to their call centre I received a sms that the fault was resolved. Now they've cut off my line altogether. Another hour in the phone to them and I'm so frustrated that they cannot attend to the simplest of problems. Every time I phone I have to repeat the whole story again and I'm transferred from department to department with no results. Very bery poor service. </p>
