Disappointing Telkom Online Process

I App**** on the Telkom website for a laptop on the 3rd of January 2024. I was approved within a day but I am still waiting for my order to be processed and delivered to me. I have been following up since the time I app****. If I don’t call nothing gets done to my order. I am so disappointed in Telkom’s online process. I’m even thinking of giving up.
