Disappointing Telkom

Really utterly disappointed, I have had no connection for a month, yet I had to pay for that month. I have 4 reference numbers with no one even Interested in my issue. Call centre agents are working from home calls diverted to their cell phones so if you get cut off.....no chance of a call back and back on the line for 40 mins to an hour. I can't work from home, can't enjoy a service that I paid for. It's like no one at Telkom cares about customers, that's truly sad. Really disappointed and frustrated.
