Disappointing service Telkom

I am bitterly disappointed in the service that i received or lack thereof from Telkom so far. I have placed my order for an ADSL package a month ago and have been following up every week with no process being made nor am i being communicated with how long the process is still going to take. I had to provide my address more than twice but every time their technicians apparently can't pick up my address for the installation to commence. Taking my service elsewhere as i clearly set too high standards for this company.
