Disappointing service, Internet not working

Terribly disappointing service. Internet not working on line ***. <br> The line is working but the internet is not. I have reported the problem via the android app yesterday and I have still have not received any feedback. Infact when I track the fault on the app it states that the problem has not yet even been reported. This type of service is highly disappointing and frustrating and needs to be rectified as a matter of urgency. <br> I will appreciate it if I can be kept in contact throughout the entire process of troubleshooting and hopefully resolving the issue.<br> thank you.
