Disappointing service from Telkom

On the 9th June 2025 I app**** for the contract phone on the Telkom website, which was approved days later, on Friday the 27 I got a call from Skynet courier that they are delivering the phone in Bloemfontein campus, On my delivery I specifically indicated that the delivery should be Qwaqwa, According to Skynet the phone was to be delivered on Monday which was yesterday, I called yesterday that Telkom consultant informed me to call me for the feedback, which she never did. When calling Telkom the consultant told me there is nothing she can do as the delivery takes 3 - 7days for delivery. It's exactly more than 15 days today. I am very disappointed with the service of Telkom and I regret applying for a phone there
