Disappointing Service fro My telkom!

Extremely disappointing service from Telkom! Made numerous calls to them regarding our landline disconnection for months..promised to get called back regarding feedback however no one has ever called!!Call center service are very poor..agents keep on transferring to different departments not knowing how to assist which is really frustrating!!Landline is still not operational for many months dispite so many calls made to Telkom !
