Disappointing Service every single time

I have never had a good experience with Telkom. There is always something shady when you call to the the call center. calls drop or they will send me all over the place and shifting blame to another department. But never resolve the issue immediately. My parents has a landline which was dead since May 2022 and they have no way of calling Telkom. tried again today and once again a run around...calls drop...suddenly the system is down so they cant check the account. But quick to charge you a BIG bill for accounts that cannot be used. suddenly my parents are being forced to pay for a Service they don't have. How can that be a Honest service from Telkom...they robbing my Mom currently. Disgusting and I bet they wont even respond in favor of her and assist...they will continue to scare my parents for the Big Bill they want from my mom pension.
