Disappointing service by Telkom

I have a contract with Telkom, not happy with the service at all. I have been having a connection problem, router is not connecting flashing red or saying network available. It is almost a month now without connecting to the wifi of the contract that am expected to pay every month. I phoned customer service several times, they don't seem to know how to solve the problem. I went to the store, the queue to get inside the store was very long, I suppose people are going there for help and fed up of the pathetic service. Telkom is cheap but the service and their network is disgusting. I am fed up already, I regret renewing contract with them.
