Disappointing service as always

Today I went to Telkom store to query about my telkom phone insurance bill and requested a call back from the billing department***) The lady who called me was Phumla, Phumla was very rude and unprofessional, it was embarrassing . This is the reason why I canceled my insurance with them in the first place 😩😠😠😠😟
