Disappointing Service...

<p>Our Telkom prepaid line has not been working since February 2016. I have been to the Menlyn Telkom store numerous times to apply for a fixed line look alike device. Eventually I found a device at the Woodlands Telkom store only to be told that they can't sell it to me as I need to complete an application form to transfer from my existing prepaid line to a prepaid fixed line look alike device. I kept my cool, completed all the forms and was told I would receive an sms with an order number. I then need to return to the Woodlands Telkom store with this sms and I can then get the device. It is now 2 months later and I have yet to receive the sms as promised by the store. I am terribly dissapointed at the complete lack of service and the no care attitude of Telkom to assist me. The current line that has been off since February has been reported online, by calling and at the store and yet it is still DEAD!! Useless, useless, useless service provider!!</p> <p> </p>
