Disappointing service

I received an SMS indicating that I owe R599.62 and another R1818.95. On the 02.01.2020 and amount of R599.62 was deducted from my account. I contacted the call center to find out about the deductions.

I’m really disappointed with the manner in which my query was handled. I was on the call for 30mins, placed on hold several times, advised that there is system issues. The information received was inconsistent. I was then told to email my bank statement. I still haven’t received any feedback. Please can this be resolved urgently as this is unacceptable service.
