Disappointing service!

The first problem is,they debt the money but suspend the account after a few days,and when i call them,i need to send proof of payment for the second time,because they never updated the account accordingly,they send the wrong invoices, with the wrong billing, AND YOU CAN NEVER GET AHOLD OF THEM!!!!
