Disappointing Sales Consultants

I was due for an upgrade in February 2022, and a consultant ******* me. I was on a 60G day for R399, and i was told i can now get 80G day for R199. I remember saying this is too good to be true, so i will be getting more for less, and the consultant said yes. I signed up and only to receive 40G day fro that amount. I would have said no, if this was the case. I contacted telkom telephonically and via email, still no response. I am trully disgusted by this, as the only consultant i got hold of told me to call again as the contract wason its 7th day, meaning past the 5 day grace period. What should i do now that i am paying for something that was wrongly sold to me?
