Disappointing once again
Hi Guys
I have been trying to get hold of a telkom agent for a while now. We were left without internet for 2 months last year, had several call outs to try fix the problem and nothing was solved. Finally we complained on Hello Peter and we were taken seriously. You sent 6 technicians to our and finally fixed the issue.
You are now saying we owe a huge amount of money for unnecessary call out fees as well as other charges. please can you get someone to call me immediately to fix this.
I have never been so disappointed in a company's customer service.
